In this episode of the Glow in the Dark Podcast, I’m joined by Chad Stock, the man behind The Marion Miracle, for a powerful conversation about surviving a catastrophic accident, recognizing God’s purpose in a second chance, fatherhood, faith, and sharing hope with people who are still walking through their own wilderness.
Chad suffered catastrophic injuries to his right forearm, lost nearly 40% of his blood, and survived more than six hours before receiving emergency care. After multiple surgeries and serious infections, he lost approximately 75–80% of the use of his dominant right hand. He had to learn to write and work left-handed.
“By every medical measure, I shouldn’t be alive, and it’s a true miracle!”
His survival led him to a question that changed how he would live the life he was given back:
“What am I going to do differently with my life now?”
Now, Chad shares his story to serve others and bring hope to people who are still walking through their own wilderness.
